Parcel Delivery Terms and Conditions:

1. Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order details (product, size, color, quantity, shipping address, contact info) are accurate at the time of checkout.

If you believe your order is incorrect upon delivery, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel with:

A clear photo of the parcel

A photo of the items received

Your order confirmation email or receipt

2. Packaging & Proof
All parcels are carefully packed and checked before shipping.

We maintain photo/video proof of each order during packing for internal records.

3. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times vary by location and courier. Estimated delivery is 2–7 business days (unless otherwise stated).

Once your parcel is shipped, we will provide a tracking number if available.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or incorrect shipping addresses.

4. Missing or Incorrect Items
If any item is missing or incorrect, and verified through our packing records, we will resend the correct item at no additional cost.

If our packing records show the correct items were shipped, we may not be able to offer a replacement or refund.

5. Returns & Exchanges
Returns are only accepted if:

The item is damaged or incorrect AND

We are notified within 48 hours of delivery.

Items must be unused and in original packaging.

6. Non-Delivery Claims
Claims of non-delivery must be made within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

If tracking shows the item as delivered, we may require a signed affidavit or investigation by the courier before processing a refund or replacement.
