Refund Policy

1. Eligible for a refund

  • Lost in transit / undeliverable — full refund or free reshipment.
  • Damaged, defective, or wrong product — free reverse pickup, then refund or replacement.
  • Missing items — reshipped or refunded.

📹 For damage/defect/wrong-item claims, record an unedited unboxing video with date/time visible — needed to verify your claim.

2. Not eligible for a refund

  • Final-sale/clearance items (unless damaged/defective).
  • Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery.
  • Custom, engraved, or made-to-order pieces (unless damaged/defective).
  • Used hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., pierced earrings with broken seal).
  • Items returned without original packaging, certificates, or freebies.

3. How to request
Within 48 hours, share your order number, issue description, photos, and unboxing video (if applicable) via:

We respond within 1 business day and arrange free reverse pickup where serviceable.

4. Processing

  • Approved refunds credited within 7–10 business days.
  • COD refunds via bank transfer (account details + cancelled cheque/passbook needed).
  • Shipping refunded only if the error was ours.
