Refund policy

We stand behind the quality of every handcrafted piece at Jethani Devrani Jewels. However, if you're not completely satisfied or have an issue, please read the following policy carefully.

Refund Eligibility

• Refunds are only considered in the following cases:

  • The order is lost in transit, verified by our courier partners.

  • The order is undeliverable due to an inaccessible location or uncontrollable events (e.g., natural calamities).

Refund Restrictions

• Products purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance events are non-refundable.

• Refunds are not applicable for minor manufacturing differences that are common in handcrafted items.

• Requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the item; later requests will not be entertained.

Abuse & Misuse

• Repeated refund requests or attempts to manipulate the system may result in account suspension.

• Any form of harassment or abusive behavior toward our team will lead to immediate denial of service.

Refund Processing

• If eligible, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
